|UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
OSCAR CURTIS ROBINSON,
| No. 17-4018|
Appeal from the United States District Court
for the Northern District of Ohio at Akron.
No. 5:17-cr-00124-1—John R. Adams, District Judge.
Decided and Filed: June 7, 2018
Before: McKEAGUE, GRIFFIN, and WHITE, Circuit Judges.
Defendant Oscar Robinson appeals the above-Guidelines sentence imposed after he
pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute fentanyl in violation of 21 U.S.C.
§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C). Robinson argues that his sentence is substantively unreasonable
because the district court did not give an adequate or proper rationale. We disagree and affirm.
